Shipping and Refund Policy
Usually we will send out your order within 2 business days. For items not in stock, we will contact you and let you know. Shipment is provided by FedEx/DHL/UPS/DPEX. To the US: 5-7 days; To the UK: 8-10 days; To South Africa: 12-15days. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if there is not a detailed delivery time available.
Here is how you track your order: To view the status of your order - Track your shipment by using the tracking number provided to you once your item(s) have been shipped. You cannot track your order before it has been shipped. If you don’t know what your tracking number is or if you’re having difficulty tracking your package, feel free to contact us at email@example.com for assistance.
Returns and Refunds Policy
Items must be returned in original state, unused condition and re-sellable. (This means no cutting lace for wigs, no cutting wefts for bundles, no washing, no bleaching or no dyeing.) We guarantee money back on all acceptable returns. Return and exchange are available within 48 hours after receiving your package to make an application of exchange. Emails received after the 48 hours will not be taken into consideration. We will send a reply email within 24 hours. Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs.
