Shipping Policy

Please allow 1 to 3 business days for your order to go through administrative processing.  Once your order information is processed and your credit information verified, your order will then be placed through to the warehouse where they will customize your order to your specifics.  Please understand that once that process is completed, the item will be shipped out at the terms that you choose, either standard shipping or expedited shipping. For items that are delayed through no fault of Pure Hair Gaze, we will contact you and let you know. Shipment is provided by FedEx/DHL/UPS/USPS/DPEX. 

 

Tracking Policy

Here is how you track your order: To view the status of your order - Track your shipment by using the tracking number provided to you once your item(s) have been shipped. You cannot track your order before it has been shipped. If you don’t know what your tracking number is or if you’re having difficulty tracking your package, feel free to contact us at info@purehairgaze.com for assistance. 

 

Returns and Refunds Policy

Items must be returned in their original state, unused condition, and re-sellable. (This means no cutting lace for wigs, no cutting wefts for bundles, no washing, no bleaching or no dyeing.)  (Please send photos of the item you received when making your Return or Exchange request.)  We guarantee money back on all acceptable returns.  Return and exchange are available within 48 hours after receiving your package to make an application of exchange. Emails received after 48 hours will not be taken into consideration. We will send a reply email within 24 hours. Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs.  Please contact us at info@purehairgaze.com for the shipping address before returning the package.

If you decide to cancel your order you can contact us at info@purehairgaze.com and we will assist you in doing so.
